This elegant wine is dry and has a floral nose with notes of citrus blossom, apple and lemon leaf. The palate is fresh with crisp citrus characters, soft acid and a lifted clean finish. It has excellent acidity and will age gracefully. Perfect with prawns, pumpkin risotto or crispy skin pork belly.
