This wine was matured in oak to give it lovely notes from lees, and these shine through in this beautifully balanced wine. On the nose, aromas of peach and grapefruit come through, along with a hint of flint. On the palate, the wine has a nice balance between showcasing fruit intensity and a beautiful creamy texture. It finishes with a lovely mouth-watering acidity that leaves you wanting another sip. It’s beautiful from start to finish.
