Passion fruit, lemon curd and apple. A lovely textural, savoury summer wine with racy acidity that begs for salty snacks.

Tumblong hills fruit. Skin maceration 72 hours before basket pressing into stainless steel. Natural fermentation, kept on lees for 18 months.

12% alc/vol, approx 7.4 std drinks.

Preservative 224 added.

No fining or filtration.
