Flavoursome ripe fruit was fermented at low temperature to retain freshness and fruit intensity.

One third of the wine was finished with barrel fermentation and lees aged to add weight and complexity to the palate.

The Pinot Gris is perfect for drinking now. It will however develop nice honey and toast characters in the bottle.
