Cloudy, free-run Marsanne juice were fermented using indigenous yeasts to build complexity, funk and texture in this rich and spicy wine. Marsanne is often seen playing a supporting role in Rhone blends but it can be enjoyed for its honeysuck perfume and hints of almonds and bosc pear when flying solo.
