Fragrant bouquet, with a spread of fruity aromas from citrus to stone fruit, its reflected in the crisp, fresh palate where once again there is a broader spectrum of flavour than in most pinot gris. Citrus acidity starts to make an appearance halfway through the palate, continuing onto the finish and aftertaste.
