Intense citrus fruit cool climate dry Riesling. Riesling is our flagship white wine, for good reason! Our first born wine named after our only son, this wine has a great amount of energy lavished on it! Certainly a great Riesling is made in the vineyard and we taste grapes every day coming up to harvest until the flavours are optimal and then we get them to the winery and processed quickly. A day or two can make all the difference.

This current vintage displays a lifted rosewater, honeysuckle and lemon blossom bouquet, a palate of intense citrus fruit, firm acid backbone and a  flinty but persistent dry finish; all characteristic of our best cool climate Rieslings. Match with lazy Sunday Yum Cha; lobster dumplings especially!
