Our 2016 Adela is a premium bottle-fermented sparkling wine vintaged from Merlot grapes. Harvest was at optimum ripeness resulting in a good structure and soft tannins, and providing a smooth palate and a long and luscious mouthfeel. Drink now or cellar for a few years.
