Hamish Young's Mada Shiraz is a very seductive wine.

The fruit comes from three vineyards in the Murrumbateman area, one providing incredible perfume, the other two contributing underlying power.

A third of the fruit was fermented as whole bunches, some saw time in ceramic egg to maintain freshness, and only 15% new oak used in the maturation of the wine.

This is the essence of silky, slippery Canberra Shiraz.

A wine that oozes sex appeal. Hamish has not put a foot wrong since starting his own label in 2016, and this gorgeous Shiraz is yet another notch in his belt.
