A fine example of a cool climate shiraz (30% whole bunch shiraz) that contains 3% viognier to give it that beautiful aromatic lift and sense of luxury. The 2018 vintage shows the classic white pepper along with vanilla from the oak, dark fruit notes of blood plums and a hint of jasmine. Best food matches are pork ragu, rib eye steak or slow cooked lamb shoulder.
