An intensely perfumed wine. Lively violets and bright red fruit with crushed spice and black pepper and a savoury palate of liquorice, pepper and spicy oak.

Winemaking: The fruit was handpicked and fermented using 2 tonne open top fermenters. 30% whole bunch was incorporated and plunged twice daily. The wine was matured in 15% new French oak.
