This wine has lovely youthful and vibrant cherry and spicy aromas and flavours leading on to a bright medium bodied structure with silky tannins and medium length, result of a 25% whole bunch fermentation. It has been aged in older french barriques for 12 months before coarse filtration and bottling in december 2019. No fining.
