Black cherries (from Batlow, not Young), raspberry on the nose. Bright red in colour with smoothness coming from the age with savoury finish.

Winemaking

Handpicked from vines that are ten years old, using French oak spending ten months in barrel. Approximately 20% were whole bunch fermented with the balance being crushed and destemmed.

Food Match

This wine would be a great match with any meat including game and pizza and pasta dishes.
