Happy Jacks Creek is a perennial river in the Snowy Mountains which weaves its way through remote mountainous country and just like our taps it’s always flowing.. That’s not the only thing it has in common with the beer though, the other is the crystal clear alpine water.. We’ve used Light Crystal Malt along with Atlas and Vienna and single hopped it with Nectaron to give this lager a nice hoppy twist - hence the hoppy change to the name. Enjoy ice cold..
